• the overall output is approximately 30 000 SMD/h
• assembly accuracy ±0,04 mm
• we are able to assemble devices from the scale of 0402 to 42x42mm
• vibratory and palette type of feeders

Feeder:

• preparation outside the assembly machine
• rebuild of the assembly line within 1/2 hour to be ready for the production of the new contract

Reflow oven:

• reflow oven with 10 zones of petting for the heat profile
• highest quality of the specific type of PCB is achieved when using assorted types of paste
